Return Policy
All ELGA consumables and parts are protected with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.
Goods returned within 21 days in an unused/unopened condition will be inspected and if found in a resellable condition, will be credited in full (please allow up to 28 days for a refund to appear on your credit card).
Goods returned within 3 calendar months of purchase in an unused/unopened condition will be inspected and if found in a resellable condition will be returned and will incur a 22% restocking fee.
